In conjunction with our partners at Birmingham City Football Club, CSM UK are very proud to bring this special 'Limited Edition' frame to celebrate Birmingham City legend Lukas Jutkiewicz scoring his 50th goal for the club.
Each shirt has been signed on the reverse by Lukas, and he has also kindly numbered each one for us, 1/50, 2/50, 3/50 etc.
This series of frames is truly unique, and only 50 will be produced.
We have included 3 action photo's including the all important 50th goal (the first in Lee Bowyer's tenure as manager) and also a specially machined engraved plaque, confirming the Ltd Edition number you have chosen.
Each frame will come with a COA from CSM UK and delivery is free of charge anywhere in the UK.
We are extremely please to confirm that a significant percentage of the profits of the frame sales are going to the Mustard Seed Project who are Birmingham City's chosen charity partner this season.
