This is a match issue shirt for Birmingham City's Jacques Maghoma (possibly worn, but unsure) from Birmingham City v Derby County 19th April 2019.
The shirt is a 'special' as the sponsor on the reverse of the the shirt was changed from Chambers No 5 to the Geoff Horsfield foundation as a one off.
